What if I miss a class?
We have a very liberal make-up policy to encourage
people to make the most of their class enrollment.
Please remember these guidelines when considering a
make-up class:
- Make-up classes should be used only when
absolutely necessary, not just for convenience.
Consistency is very important for your child’s
success and you should make every effort to
attend your regularly scheduled class each week.
- You must call to schedule a make-up class in
advance. Since our classes are usually full,
make-ups are scheduled on a space-available
basis and need to be reserved to prevent
conflicts and over-booking.
- All classes need to be made up within the
10-week session your are enrolled. If you
re-enroll in the subsequent session, you may
carry over up to 2 make-up classes.
- Please make every effort to make up missed
classes within 2 weeks. Scheduling becomes very
difficult if everyone waits until the last week
of classes to get in all their make-ups!
