  ILLNESS

Help us keep all of the children (and adults) healthy by not bringing a sick child (or adult) to class. If you or your child has had a fever within 24 hours of the class or is exhibiting any symptoms of a cold or flu (greenish discharge from nose, cough, rashes, etc) please do not attempt to come to class. If we feel that you or your child should not be in attendance, you will be asked to reschedule your class for the sake of everyone else around you.

  GERM CONTROL

To promote germ-free interaction, we ask that everyone rub their hands with the Purell that is positioned on the wall near the entrance of each location before class.
We have a “GERMIE” bucket for all instruments and props that have been sneezed on, sucked on, drooled on, or otherwise soiled. Please put those items in this bucket so they can receive special cleaning before being given to another child to use.

  MAKE-UP CLASSES

We have a very liberal make-up policy to encourage people to make the most of their class enrollment. Please remember these guidelines when considering a make-up class:

  • Make-up classes should be used only when absolutely necessary, not just for convenience. Consistency is very important for your child’s success and you should make every effort to attend your regularly scheduled class each week.
  • You must call to schedule a make-up class in advance. Since our classes are usually full, make-ups are scheduled on a space-available basis and need to be reserved to prevent conflicts and over-booking.
  • All classes need to be made up within the 10-week session your are enrolled. If you re-enroll in the subsequent session, you may carry over up to 2 make-up classes.
  • Please make every effort to make up missed classes within 2 weeks. Scheduling becomes very difficult if everyone waits until the last week of classes to get in all their make-ups!

  REFUNDS

We understand that schedules change and we have a very liberal make up policy. We always try to offer a variety of times and days for each age group so that make up classes are available to you. We want you to be happy and to enjoy your experience, so please let us know how we can help.

With that in mind, please review the following policies in regard to refunds:

  • Material fees are non-refundable
  • Class fees will not be refunded for excessive absences, but special arrangements may be made on a case by case basis.
  • Class enrollment fees are not refundable after the session begins except under extenuating circumstances such as a job transfer, serious illness, or death. Such refunds are given at our discretion. Mid-session refunds will take into consideration any classes that have already been attended, as well as a 15% processing fee for the amount being refunded.
  • Refund requests made prior to the start of the session will be charged a $25 processing fee.

  GUESTS

Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and family friends are more than welcome to attend class. Make sure that if your child is being accompanied by someone other than the parent who usually attends class, that they understand our policies before attending. Please do not send your child to Romp-N-Roll in the sole care of anyone under the age of 18, such as older siblings or babysitters.

We encourage you to bring friends who may be interested in joining. We only ask that if you are bringing a friend to class, please call ahead of time to make sure the class is not full. If you bring a friend to preview a class that is already full, we will have to reschedule their preview for another day.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographers are always welcome at Romp-N-Roll! If you plan on taking pictures during your class, please make sure you bring another adult along to provide proper play supervision and class participation while you are taking pictures.

We do not allow photos or video for previews. As it is a new environment for your child, and you are there to learn about the program, we prefer that your attention focus on the class itself.

We often take pictures during classes, birthday parties, and other events. We reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional materials which may or may not include print media, brochures, wall hangings, website photo gallery, etc. No compensation is paid for use of these photos. If for any reason you prefer that we not use pictures of you or your child for these reasons, please let us know immediately and we will delete the photos to avoid using them in the future.
